Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Solutions Architect, a full-time remote position, is responsible for helping organizations manage privacy and AI risk by operationalizing modern privacy programs, designing integrations, and serving as a technical advisor throughout the onboarding and implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation strategy for enterprise customers in collaboration with Customer Success Managers
• Design scalable integration architectures across various platforms and guide customers through deployment decisions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, troubleshooting complex integration challenges and improving delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in solutions architecture or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS environments
• Strong experience with API-driven integrations and complex technical workflows
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and modern cloud architectures
• Experience with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure SQL
• Ability to manage customer-facing technical projects and navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments
