Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Solutions Architect, the full-time remote position will act as a trusted product solutions expert, collaborating with customers and internal teams to map business needs to platform capabilities and design innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical and integration advisor to customers and prospects throughout the sales, onboarding, and expansion phases
• Help customers map their business requirements to the platform's capabilities and run integration discovery calls
• Design customer solutions and create documentation, training, and best practices for effective implementation

Required qualifications

• Experience with complex SaaS platforms and solution design
• Strong understanding of technical integration concepts and workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven skills in documentation creation for diverse audiences
• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer success and relationship building
