Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Solutions Architect will collaborate with Sales Account Executives to lead discovery sessions, design HubSpot-based architectures, and create compelling project scopes that drive deal success.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the Sales Team to co-sell deals and align technical solutions with client needs
  • Architect software solutions during the pre-sale phase and build demo portals and proofs of concept
  • Review technical documentation and collaborate with Consulting and Development Teams to assess solution feasibility
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Strong understanding of CRM use cases, integrations, and ecosystem tools
  • Experience creating technical documentation, including user stories and project scopes
  • Proven ability to conduct discovery sessions and present business cases to executive stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and technology
