Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect for a remote, full-time position focused on driving the successful adoption and long-term growth of the DX product by leading technical implementations, designing custom solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor for Enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding and complex integrations
• Conduct deep-dive sessions to align the DX platform with customers' long-term engineering goals
• Design tailored technical solutions and capture customer feedback to inform product enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as Ruby/Rails or Python and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
• Knowledge of SQL (Postgres preferred) and analytical solutioning
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and communicate complex architectures effectively
