Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To drive the successful adoption and long-term growth of the DX product, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will lead technical implementations, design custom solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize value from the solutions provided.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding and complex integrations
• Conduct technical deep-dive sessions to align the DX platform with customers' long-term engineering goals
• Design tailored technical solutions and capture feedback to inform product enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as Ruby/Rails or Python, and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
• Knowledge of SQL, preferably Postgres, for analytical solutioning
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and communicate complex architectures effectively
