Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To ensure successful adoption and long-term value for strategic customers, the full-time Solutions Architect will work remotely, focusing on implementation, architecture, and problem-solving in a highly technical, customer-facing role.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their cloud environments and cost-management goals, acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies across complex environments, including multi-cloud and Kubernetes
• Support technical onboarding for complex accounts and debug issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data stacks
• Experience working with cost data, billing exports, or large datasets
• Proficiency in writing SQL and/or Python for analysis or automation
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
