Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To ensure successful solution delivery, the remote Solutions Architect will manage the pre-sales process, define implementation approaches, and align client business outcomes with internal resources while authoring Statements of Work and maintaining scope discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and clients to define solution architecture and scope during the pre-sales cycle
• Lead the alignment of client business processes with product capabilities, documenting functional specifications for seamless handoff to Professional Services Group
• Engage with clients to manage scope and prioritize business requirements, proactively addressing any scope creep

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution design from pre-sales to delivery handoff
• Healthcare IT industry experience, with knowledge of clinical workflows and health IT systems
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project scope and solution designs
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms
