Job Summary
Driving the initial stages of the sales journey, the full-time Solutions Architect will engage with technical and business stakeholders, lead solution discovery and proposal development, and manage inbound leads in a hybrid remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales presentations and technical demos, effectively communicating the platform's benefits to diverse audiences
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to uncover client requirements and develop customized solutions
- Own the sales process from discovery to contract signing, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood and met
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales engineering or solutions engineering, preferably in telecommunications
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and telecommunications software solutions
- Solid understanding of telecom architectures, services, and MVNO models
- Proven ability to deliver persuasive pitches and manage the full pre-sales cycle
- Fluent in English and Spanish
