Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of foundational solution architecture, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will manage large engineering programs, drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, and provide technology leadership to advance the property & casualty insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern large engineering programs involving complex builds and integration transformations across multiple lines of business
• Drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, including discovery, target architecture, and delivery approach
• Act as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders on application modernization and digital engineering strategy

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, ideally in Technical Architect/Consulting environments
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance domain (P&C/Reinsurance) and familiarity with insurance platforms
• Demonstrated leadership in large development programs/projects with multi-year and multi-release initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Modernization
