Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Solutions Architect, the candidate will define, plan, and execute web design and development projects while collaborating closely with sales, project managers, designers, and developers.

Key responsibilities:

• Educating prospects on various e-commerce platforms and conducting needs analysis to document key requirements
• Providing pre-sales technical consulting and participating in client demonstrations to align technical solutions with business needs
• Leading internal project planning and supporting design and project management teams to ensure best practices are followed

Required qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in a relevant market or similar senior development role
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with e-commerce and CMS platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress
• Proficient in solution architecture, project scoping, and product demonstration skills
• Ability to present consultatively to C-level executives and engage in detailed discussions with technical audiences
