Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading post-sales technical implementations, the remote Solutions Architect will manage onboarding experiences, establish technical documentation, and resolve complex integration issues while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful merchant integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and implementation conversations with merchants, translating findings into actionable plans
• Own the technical onboarding process and maintain documentation for system architecture and integration specifications
• Investigate and resolve post-onboarding technical issues, ensuring high-quality integration through pre-launch QA

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Specialist
• Proven ability to lead complex technical implementations from scoping to go-live
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and hands-on experience with RESTful API integrations
• Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants, managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
