Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Solutions Architects for full-time positions focused on driving product adoption and engagement strategies across assigned territories, collaborating with account teams, and addressing complex technical challenges in client-facing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert to drive product adoption and influence product roadmap
• Enable clients through workshops and develop customer-facing collateral to enhance technical knowledge

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise in engineering, product development, and administration
• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role with experience influencing technical executives
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics
• Proficient in programming and debugging using SQL and Python
