Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Architect will lead the design of complex, multi-system solutions, partner with sales on technical opportunities, and set implementation standards while providing architectural guidance to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex solutions from discovery to implementation handoff
• Collaborate with the sales team on solution scoping and proposal development for technically complex opportunities
• Create architectural documentation and design patterns to enhance the team's technical capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in solution design, system architecture, or technical consulting
• Deep expertise in at least one core platform in the partner ecosystem (e.g., Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai)
• Experience designing AI-powered systems and workflows, with a focus on integration and governance
• Fluency with APIs, JSON, and integration architecture
• Strong pre-sales instincts and ability to mentor teammates
