Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading IT solution development for new supply chain customer pursuits, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will manage pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP responses, solution design, and cross-functional coordination to deliver competitive technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT pre-sales solutioning and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, including client requirement discovery and solution documentation
• Develop IT cost models and pricing inputs in collaboration with Finance and IT teams to ensure competitive pricing
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across various teams to support customer technology reviews and manage multiple pursuits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of technology-related supply chain industry experience with solution design for WMS and TMS
• Experience in IT business development solutioning, including RFI/RFP responses and architectural diagram preparation
• Ability to develop IT cost models and understand capitalized costs and deal economics
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements and solution scope definition
