Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the remote Solutions Architect will manage client implementations by translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring successful project delivery and end-user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the professional services lifecycle, including scoping, implementation, testing, and training
• Architect and build solutions that maximize the value of Mogli SMS for clients
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Technical Support to ensure measurable client outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with declarative configuration of Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder, etc.)
• Experience in a client-facing consulting, professional services, or technical implementation role
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, clouds, products, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Experience deploying and/or supporting messaging SaaS products is a plus
