Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Architect will engage with customers to understand their needs and design solutions using open-source technologies, while providing architecture guidance and building Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with prospective customers to onboard them to Diagrid Cloud and address their distributed system challenges
• Create and deliver customer demos, while aggregating feedback to inform product features and improvements
• Utilize expert knowledge of cloud engineering to guide customers in adopting cloud-native development practices

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Developer Advocate
• Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and computer science principles
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or Go
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems and open-source software
