Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Excited to shape innovative solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will lead architectural discovery, translate business requirements into solution blueprints, and partner with clients to guide technical decisions while occasionally traveling within the Greater Rochester area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural discovery and assessment efforts for new and existing clients
• Translate business goals and requirements into clear solution blueprints
• Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight to delivery teams alongside Tech Leads

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or architecture
• Experience working with clients or external stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with backend development (e.g., .NET) and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Angular)
• Exposure to or interest in cloud architecture, ideally AWS
