Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing integration ecosystem, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will design and standardize Jaggaer integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical implementation excellence for scalable customer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and standardize Jaggaer integrations to ensure scalable and robust customer implementations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with core product architecture and customer needs
• Analyze complex customer implementations to create reusable data mapping patterns and standardize internal assets

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement platforms
• Strong knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, including eProcurement and Invoicing
• Familiarity with Jaggaer integration methods, such as REST/SOAP APIs and direct data transfers
• Experience with cXML/XML/REST endpoints and standard authentication protocols
• Past ERP implementation or integration experience is required
