Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support complex customer solutions, the remote Solutions Architect will manage end-to-end processes from pre-sales discovery through implementation, translating enterprise requirements into executable designs while collaborating across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and workflows into clear solution designs and implementation-ready artifacts
• Partner with account executives and managers to lead discovery sessions and deliver tailored demos for enterprise stakeholders
• Ensure successful implementation of solution designs by proactively resolving gaps and troubleshooting issues across various platforms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation in complex B2B environments
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solution designs
• Experience with enterprise customers in tech-enabled services and customer onboarding
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience across platform configuration and integrations
• Background in contingent workforce, EOR, AOR, staffing, or talent platforms is a strong plus
