Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading technical initiatives, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will collaborate with customers and partners to design innovative solutions that drive customer acquisition and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers and stakeholders to define and design technical solutions that meet specific use cases and requirements
• Create and present comprehensive technical and business proposals that address customer challenges, including solution architecture and deployment schedules
• Identify product functionality gaps and collaborate with product management and engineering to address these issues through R&D and partnerships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security solutions
• At least 5 years in hands-on technical roles, preferably in senior positions
• Demonstrated expertise in designing secure network architectures that integrate IT and OT environments
• Proven ability to create successful solutions and proposals that lead to customer wins and exceed sales goals
