Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Architect will design and scope vulnerability management solutions for complex customers, translating their environments into implementation plans and collaborating with deployment teams to ensure successful integration.

Key responsibilities

• Scope and design solutions by collaborating directly with customer security teams to understand their environments
• Bridge technical and product teams by writing clear, actionable tickets for engineering to implement the solution designs
• Own the technical relationship with customers, engaging with security engineers and CISO-level stakeholders to build credibility

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vulnerability management or a closely related security discipline
• Experience in an early-stage company, with a proven ability to scale processes and operate in ambiguous environments
• Track record of working with enterprise-scale customers and managing large deployment teams
• Management experience, including hiring and building out teams
• Familiarity with APIs, including reading and validating data, without needing to write production code
