Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the remote Solutions Architect will collaborate with senior leadership to develop integrated enterprise performance management (EPM) strategies, oversee project quality assurance, and drive improvements in financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work with senior leadership to align EPM vision with organizational strategies and financial objectives
• Facilitate the establishment of reporting requirements and oversee the implementation of EPM reporting tools
• Provide thought leadership to improve core financial processes and support acquisition integration efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience leading large, complex programs, preferably in finance
• Expert knowledge of financial and strategic planning processes
• Strong change management skills and the ability to drive programs independently
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and governance for multi-work stream programs
