Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To drive the technology landscape for global financial operations, the full-time Solutions Architect will design, validate, and articulate scalable technology solutions within the Finance Transformation Office, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with architectural standards in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for Finance Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, value-driven technical solutions
• Establish and oversee architecture standards and governance across transformation programs, providing technical consulting to delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Established experience in roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant, preferably in enterprise finance or financial services technology
• Advanced expertise in software architecture with hands-on experience in modern application platforms and cloud-native architectures
• Strong proficiency in at least one major technology stack, such as .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
• Business-level English with strong written and verbal communication skills
