Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team in the litigation AI sector, the remote Solutions Architect will manage technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and run proof-of-concept engagements while collaborating closely with Strategic Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical discovery by identifying buyer's technical environment, integration requirements, and implementation constraints
• Deliver problem-first demos that address specific buyer pain points rather than simply showcasing features
• Design and execute proof of concept engagements to overcome technical objections that hinder sales

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
• Proven ability to deliver technical demos and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or legal technology preferred
• Familiarity with security and compliance review processes (SOC 2, ISO 27001, VSQ) is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred
