Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Acting as the single point of contact for major accounts, the full-time Solutions Architect will manage the rollout and delivery of products and services, resolve customer technical issues, and focus on enhancing customer satisfaction while working onsite in Dallas with some potential for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the rollout and delivery of products and services, addressing day-to-day customer technical issues
• Coordinate support across various departments to resolve trouble tickets and strengthen customer partnerships
• Train customer teams on integrations and service features to maximize value and ROI from solutions

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience with enterprise IT, telecom, or unified communications customers
• 4 to 7+ years of account and customer management experience
• Strong background in IT, UC, call center, or managed services environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in roles such as project manager, systems integrator, or customer success manager
