Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To drive business value and revenue growth, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will lead solution definition and architecture strategy throughout the sales process, partnering with Enterprise and Client Executives to translate customer challenges into compelling solution narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical solution strategy for assigned pursuits, ensuring alignment between customer goals and delivery feasibility
• Develop and communicate Level 1 and Level 2 architectures that articulate customer value and business outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders throughout the sales process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or related roles within the utility or enterprise technology industries
• Proven ability to develop and communicate complex solution architectures across multiple technologies
• Strong understanding of AMI, Grid Edge Intelligence, and utility communications technologies
• Experience with solution scoping and cross-functional solution development
