Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Solutions Architect, the candidate will engage with B2B clients to bridge technical field engagement with software development, serving as a trusted advisor while contributing to open source projects and enhancing Coinbase's core products.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to guide them in utilizing Coinbase services and APIs, fostering deeper relationships as they scale
- Collaborate with sales teams to address technical requirements and support deal closures
- Architect solutions for complex customer needs and lead customer implementations end-to-end
Required qualifications
- Degree in computer science with 3+ years of software engineering experience, including proficiency with REST and WebSocket APIs and production experience in Golang
- Proven experience designing integration solutions for complex customer problems across modern and legacy systems
- Experience with blockchain, crypto, or trading systems
- Ability to independently scope customer requirements and deliver solutions under tight timelines
- Track record of translating complex technical needs into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
