Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will lead customer engagements by designing and implementing data extraction workflows, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to design solutions for their business challenges using workflows and workspaces products
• Provide technical leadership for projects, including custom development and system integrations
• Partner closely with teams across the organization to productionalize customer use cases and advocate for customer feedback

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing software development or professional services role
• Highly proficient in Python, with experience in asyncio, uv/poetry, dataclasses, and typing preferred
• Experience with Git/Github, CI/CD, and command-line operations
• Familiarity with drafting solution design documents and system integration patterns
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders
