Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between customer needs and technology, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable solutions that enhance accounts payable processes and leverage AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and customers to identify business objectives and translate complex requirements into effective solution designs
• Act as a subject matter expert on accounts payable processes, guiding customers on how to optimize their finance operations using AI
• Develop solution architectures and documentation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or AP automation
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Sales Engineer
• Deep understanding of AP processes and the systems that support them
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to use AI in problem-solving and solution development
