Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of AI data services solutions, the full-time Solutions Architect will engage with clients to address their technical requirements, design scalable data workflows, and lead pre-sales efforts, all while collaborating with global teams in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, addressing their business goals and technical needs
• Design and implement scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows, presenting custom solutions to clients
• Lead pre-sales engagements by responding to RFPs/RFIs and delivering compelling presentations aligned with client objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 4 years of experience in services-oriented solution and technical pre/post sales
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a preference for data service experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Ability to establish long-lasting relationships with internal and external business partners
