Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading enterprise architecture and technology solutioning for a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Solutions Architect will work remotely, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop technical approaches and specifications while ensuring solutions meet mission objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise technical architectures supporting Census Bureau systems and mission objectives
• Develop technical approaches, architecture specifications, and solution-development processes in an Agile, DevSecOps environment
• Translate complex architectures and technical concepts into clear specifications and implementation guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline, with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• At least five years of experience in Agile development and DevSecOps delivery for U.S. Federal Government programs
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and data management technologies
• Experience designing enterprise architectures involving AI/ML capabilities and complex data flows
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into detailed federal technical narratives and architecture diagrams
