Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support innovative software delivery, the remote Solutions Architect will engage with end-users to understand their needs, design practical solution architectures, and build solutions using AI-native tools, all while managing the project from initial conversation through production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems and define success metrics
• Design scalable solution architectures grounded in real business needs
• Build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role
• Demonstrated ability to build working solutions using AI-native tools
• Comfort in gathering requirements through active listening and inquiry
• A systems-thinking mindset that addresses holistic problem-solving
• Proven track record of delivering AI-built solutions end-to-end for Architect II level
