Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will lead technical implementations and custom solution engineering for Enterprise clients, ensuring optimal adoption and value realization from the DX product, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and manage all technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding and complex integrations
- Conduct technical deep-dive sessions to align the DX platform with customer engineering goals and workflows
- Design and implement tailored technical solutions that integrate DX APIs into client environments
Required qualifications
- Experience with programming languages such as Ruby/Rails or Python, and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
- Knowledge of SQL, preferably Postgres, for analytical solutioning
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Proven experience leading technical workshops and discussions at an executive level
