Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will lead technical implementations, design custom solutions, and provide strategic guidance to Enterprise clients, all while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding and complex integrations
- Conduct technical deep-dive sessions to align the DX platform with customer engineering goals and workflows
- Design tailored technical solutions and integrations to meet unique business requirements of clients
Required qualifications
- Exposure to programming languages such as Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, for analytical solutioning
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Proven experience leading technical workshops and discussions with executive stakeholders
