Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Architect, the candidate will manage technical discovery and solution architecture for clients, ensuring secure and scalable payment integrations while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct technical discovery with customers to clarify business goals and requirements
- Architect solutions using VGS capabilities and guide customers on payment security best practices
- Translate customer feedback into actionable input for product development and strategy
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience with large-scale card or credential migrations and multi-PSP payment strategies
- Proficiency in web services, APIs, and full-stack development
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to write production-grade code examples in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby
