Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support customer onboarding and ensure cohesive solution delivery, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will bridge customer needs with Vividly's design capabilities, focusing on understanding complex business processes and translating them into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Solution Alignment sessions to validate business objectives, requirements, and workflows before implementation begins
- Design solutions across various areas such as Trade Promotion Management and Deduction Management, ensuring alignment with customer ecosystems
- Maintain solution integrity throughout onboarding, addressing ambiguities and ensuring clear documentation of requirements and decisions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in understanding complex business processes and translating them into scalable system designs
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with integration concepts including APIs and data flows
- Strong documentation skills to convert ambiguous discussions into clear requirements
