Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of AI-powered applications on the Azure Databricks platform, the remote Solutions Architect will architect serverless solutions, manage AI agent lifecycles, and ensure data governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI applications on the Databricks Apps platform, from architecture design through production rollout and ongoing maintenance
• Architect serverless-first solutions leveraging Databricks Apps to eliminate external hosting infrastructure
• Design and integrate AI agents using Databricks Agent tooling, managing the full agent lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Databricks SQL for designing and optimizing queries against large datasets
• Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth/IAM
• Knowledge of deploying and scaling ML models and LLM agents via serving endpoints
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as RAG architectures, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Proficiency in Python for application, agent, and pipeline development
