Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a Solutions Architect for a remote, full-time position who will drive customer success through solution architecture by leading technical discovery conversations, mapping workflows to DuploCloud's model, and designing custom agents tailored to client use cases.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects to understand their operations and identify pain points
- Design and build custom agents using the DuploCloud Coding Assistant and DevKit to address specific client needs
- Deliver live demos and proofs of concept that demonstrate the value of DuploCloud's solutions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a solutions architect, cloud architect, DevOps/platform engineer, or SRE
- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration technologies
- Experience with Terraform and CI/CD systems
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
