Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Partnering with the Sales team, the remote Solutions Architect will serve as a supply chain expert and technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, conducting discovery sessions, designing integration architectures, and demonstrating the value of solutions to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Function as the trusted advisor and technical lead, guiding clients through the sales process
• Translate technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders and conduct POCs to demonstrate ROI
• Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and provide feedback on customer needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS or supply chain software environment
• Hands-on experience with EDI, B2B integration protocols, and cloud or on-premises integration platforms
• Understanding of core supply chain processes and knowledge of B2B integrations including REST/SOAP APIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery, solution design, and POC execution in complex enterprise sales cycles
