Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the scoping and technical specification for micro-automation projects
• Facilitate process discovery sessions and identify integration dependencies
• Contribute to technical standards and support AI governance compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in solutions architecture, software development, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience with production automation or AI-enabled workflows
• Solid working knowledge of the AI tool landscape, including LLMs and RPA platforms
• Ability to produce complete and structured process specifications for developers
• Basic data skills, such as SQL or Python scripting, to validate data flow assumptions
