Job Summary

Driving automation initiatives, the full-time Solutions Architect, AI Automation will lead programs to optimize operational workflows and implement AI-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and redesign internal workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
• Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation outcomes
• Architect end-to-end automation solutions that comply with technical standards and drive efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and solution design
• 8+ years of experience in process analysis or business operations
• Proven experience with AI/ML or automation projects, including end-to-end solution delivery
• Expertise in API integration and automation frameworks
