Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Solutions Architect, AI Sim.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation for AISim solutions, including technical discovery and production readiness
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Product and Engineering teams, conducting architecture workshops
• Build and maintain reference architectures and implementation runbooks to enhance onboarding efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise SaaS or ML platforms
• Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) including IAM, networking, and observability
• Working knowledge of ML and data pipelines
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical deliverables
• Experience with regulated or security-sensitive enterprise deployments is highly desired
