Job Summary
Leading transformation initiatives, the full-time Solutions Architect (Applications) will provide technology leadership and consultative input for application modernization and digital engineering strategies while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Actively lead transformation initiatives by aligning solutions with strategic goals and providing technical expertise
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders on application modernization and cloud transformation
- Oversee large application engineering programs, ensuring delivery predictability and quality metrics across distributed teams
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, preferably in Technical Architect or Consulting roles
- 5+ years in leadership roles within the insurance domain, specifically P&C/Reinsurance
- Demonstrated experience managing large development programs and multi-vendor environments
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud-native application Engineering, and Application Modernization
