Solutions Architect - ATS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect - ATS & Programmatic Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pre-sales scoping and execution, aligning customer needs with technical solutions
• Oversee end-to-end ATS integration processes and serve as the primary resource for new integrations
• Conduct validation and testing to ensure accurate tracking and data flow for clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Management role within HR Tech or Ad Tech
• Hands-on experience with major ATS platforms and a strong understanding of integration landscapes
• Professional experience with APIs and third-party integrators, including knowledge of webhooks and data mapping
• Proficiency in MSSQL and basic SQL, with the ability to execute stored procedures
• Familiarity with programmatic job advertising and analytical rigor for testing and validation
