Job Summary
Independently leading technical engagements, the full-time remote Solutions Architect - Media will design and demonstrate data solutions on the Databricks Platform, fostering customer relationships and driving platform adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for customer workloads in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning
- Build and present compelling proofs-of-concept and live demonstrations to drive technical wins
- Develop account-level technical strategies in collaboration with Account Executives to enhance platform usage
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to debug and optimize production-quality code
- Hands-on experience with data solutions on a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with distributed data systems such as Apache Spark or Delta Lake
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
