Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture for CLM implementations across various domains
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients, translating requirements into actionable plans
• Define integration strategies with enterprise systems and guide the application of AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, with 5+ years in CLM solution architecture
• Proven expertise in CLM platforms such as Agiloft, ContractPodAi, or Ironclad
• Deep knowledge of contracting workflows and regulatory compliance considerations
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise security models
