A company is looking for a Solutions Architect - CLM Strategy & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations across various domains
• Serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders, translating business goals into actionable implementation plans
• Define integration strategies with enterprise systems and guide the application of AI tools for contract management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, including 5+ years in CLM solution architecture
• Proven expertise in CLM platforms such as Agiloft, ContractPodAi, or Ironclad
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise security models
• CLM platform certifications preferred
