Solutions Architect, Customer Lake

Job Summary

To drive adoption and revenue growth for Customer Lake, the full-time Solutions Architect, Customer Lake will engage with clients across various business units, providing technical leadership and delivering presentations and demos to facilitate informed adoption decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for customer data and marketing projects, guiding successful implementations from architectural design to audience activation
• Collaborate with leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies that drive Customer Lake adoption
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building technical credibility with marketing and data stakeholders to enhance product adoption and vision

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role with experience in customer data and marketing strategy
• Minimum 2+ years implementing modern data estate, CDP, and Lakehouse architectures focused on data and AI applications
• Experience in designing and implementing data and AI applications for marketing, including identity resolution and audience activation
• Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native data governance
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
