Solutions Architect - Drug Discovery

Job Summary

To redefine drug discovery and biological research, the full-time Solutions Architect - Drug Discovery will enable pharmaceutical and techbio customers to train, optimize, and deploy large biological foundation models using NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and account teams to understand customer goals and technical needs
• Architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines for training large biological foundation models
• Build proof-of-concept demonstrations showcasing how NVIDIA software and hardware accelerate scientific discovery

Required qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in software development for deep learning or scientific computing applications
• Hands-on experience applying ML in domains such as genomics or quantum chemistry
• Experience profiling and optimizing training workflows for large AI models
• Proficiency with Linux environments and experience in HPC or accelerated computing environments
