Solutions Architect, Enterprise

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise team in the Eastern time zone, the full-time Solutions Architect, Enterprise will guide customers through technical evaluations and implementations, partnering with Account Executives to develop comprehensive account plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers on architectural decisions and implementation of Temporal solutions
• Collaborate with Account Executives to support land and expand strategies, maintaining key technical relationships
• Build application prototypes and offer design, development, and deployment guidance using supported programming languages

Required qualifications

• Exceptional technical communication skills, including experience in presenting and writing
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies and design principles
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with enterprise production services
• Ability to serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives
